VIRTUAL CONFERENCE GUIDELINES
As already known, ICITACE 2000 will be hosted as a fully virtual conference. To ensure ICITACEE 2020 runs smoothly we will be running paper presentation as a blend of live & pre-recorded content. Each Presenter will be required to upload a pre-recorded video of their presentation by the 14th September 2020.
Presenters will be expected to attend their allocated live-session where their pre-recorded video will be shown (If the presenter wishes they may present live).
1. All accepted papers (whether you wish to present live or not) must submit a pre-recorded presentation by the 14th September 2020
2. The presenter should attend and available online during his/her pre-recorded video played and live Q&A, failure to do so will be considered as a no-show and be subject to ComSoc rules in which IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore).
3. Following each presentation. Attendees will be requested to attend their session 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to test their microphone level and meet the session chair.
PRE-RECORDED VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
1. Pre-recorded presentations should be recorded at durations 12-15 minutes. This duration will allow for maximum 5 minutes of live Q&A.
2. Presentation videos must be in MP4 format, with maximum file size 100 MB, suggested aspect ratio 16:9 and clear audio.
3. It is suggested that you record your presentation using a method that captures both your slides, and yourself presenting.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIDEO RECORDING
Ensure your pre-recorded video presentation less than 100 MB.
The one way to prepare your presentation video is by using Zoom (or other platforms) use it to record your presentation video.
The following link from IEEEtv gives a tutorial on how to record your presentation using the Zoom client.
Alternately, you can also use presentation applications, such as PowerPoint to record audio and video directly.
The following link from Microsoft gives a tutorial on how to record your presentation (video and audio) using Powerpoint Application.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING VIDEO
The corresponding author will receive a link to the submission page where you can upload the video.
ONLINE PLATFORM AND DRY RUN
The online platform for presentation and the schedule of the dry run with each presenter will be informed soon.

ICITACEE 2020 Committee
The ICITACEE 2020 move from in-person gathering to Full Virtual Conference format.
The health and safety of our members and participants are our first priority.
Due to the severe travel restrictions and the uncertainty impacted by the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the ICITACEE 2020 committee has taken decision to move ICITACEE from in-person gathering to Full Virtual Conference format.
The conference and presentation on 24 – 25 September 2020 now will be held virtually and hosted through online platforms.
Technical detail for online presentation and the chosen platform will appear shortly on our website.
Due to reduced conference cost, the registration fee of the conference has also been relaxed to just 60% from the normal, please check Registration page. We hope this reduction will serve as an added attraction to more authors for participation.

The conference entitled “2020 The 7th International Conference on Information Technology, Computer, and Electrical Engineering (ICITACEE 2020)” provides a forum for researchers, academicians, professionals, and students from various engineering fields and with cross-disciplinary working or interested in the development and design of information technology, computer system, and electrical engineering to interact and disseminate the latest issues and researches. It also offers the opportunity to enjoy the heritage and the beauty of Semarang.
ICITACEE is an annual conference organized between Computer Engineering Department and Electrical Engineering Department and in 2020 this conference will be organized by Electrical Engineering Department, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia.
ICITACEE 2019 has picked the theme of “Electrical Engineering & Information Technology Research Toward Eco-Friendly Technology and Humanity ”. The conference covers the topics but not limited to information technology, information systems, power systems, signal processing, electronics, microelectronics, biomedical engineering, and communication systems as well as other fields that corresponds, such as intelligent systems, intelligent transportation applications, health care applications, and environmental protection. ICITACEE 2020 invites the scholars and encourages the researchers to submit high quality manuscripts and papers to this conference.
The papers accepted and presented will be forwarding for consideration to be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library indexed by the international database Scopus.
