Introduction
The conference entitled “2025 the 12th International Conference on Information Technology, Computer, and Electrical Engineering (ICITACEE 2025)” provides a forum for discussion, dissemination, and networking between researchers, academics, professionals, and students who are currently working on the design, development, and research in the field of information technology, computer system, electrical engineering, and various cross-disciplinary research amongst them for solving global challenges. In addition, this event also offers a special opportunity for all participants to explore and enjoy the heritage and beauty of Semarang.
ICITACEE is an annual international conference held by the Electrical Engineering Department and Computer Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Diponegoro, and in 2025 this conference will be organized by the Electrical Engineering Department.

Due to the changing landscape, ICITACEE 2025 will be held as a hybrid conference (In-Person and Virtual). The health and well-being of our conference participants remain our top priority. While ICITACEE 2025 will be hosted on-site at Grand Candi Hotel, Semarang, Indonesia, presenters are welcome to choose between presenting their papers either In-Person or Virtually. Please be aware that In-Person attendance is limited to those who have registered for the physical venue. Kindly inform us of your preferred presentation mode. We believe this flexibility will better accommodate the diverse needs of our participants.
