Introduction
The 2025 12th International Conference on Information Technology, Computer, and Electrical Engineering (ICITACEE 2025) provides a premier forum for researchers, academics, professionals, and students to discuss, disseminate, and network on cutting-edge design, development, and research in information technology, computer systems, electronics, telecommunication, control, and electrical engineering. The conference also fosters cross-disciplinary collaboration to address global challenges effectively.
ICITACEE 2025 is organized by the Computer Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Diponegoro, and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Indonesia Section.

Conference Guidelines
Due to the changing landscape, ICITACEE 2025 will be held as a hybrid conference (In-Person and Virtual). The health and well-being of our conference participants remain our top priority. While ICITACEE 2025 will be hosted on-site at Grand Candi Hotel, Semarang, Indonesia, presenters are welcome to choose between presenting their papers either In-Person or Virtually. Please be aware that In-Person attendance is limited to those who have registered for the physical venue. Kindly inform us of your preferred presentation mode. We believe this flexibility will better accommodate the diverse needs of our participants.
